Return & Refund Policy

At Dubai Trends, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Products must be unused and in their original condition where applicable.

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process an eligible refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

For change-of-mind returns or incorrect customer information, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons. Dubai Trends reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
